OPTION ONE Mike's fully Catered fish fry
We will come to your location with our Portable Fryer and all the fixings for a fish fry you won't soon forget. All we require is room to work.
We cook the fish outside and bring it inside to a buffet line. You may choose to serve your guests or let them serve themselves.
You give us the number of people you expect and we will do the rest. We bring extra fish incase it is busier than expected but if we do not use it you are not charged for it.
- Cod fillets - $7.95 lb (minimum - 60 lbs)
- Potato salad - $24.95 / 10lb pail
- Coleslaw - $24.95 / 10 lb pail
- Baked Beans - $16.95 / 10 lb tray
- French fries - $29.95 case (30 lbs)
- Vegetable oil - $32.95 each (16 litre)
- Coating mix - $15.00 ctn. (serves approx. 50 people)
- Tartar sauce - $19.95 pail (serves approx. 100 people)
- Lemon wedges- $9.95 pail (approx 60 wedges)
- Buttered Rolls - $4.95 dozen
- Propane - $19.95 each tank
- Canned Heat (for beans) $2.50 ea
- Take Out Containers $0.30 ea
Your approximate cost per person will be $8.65 each, based on a 100 guests. Serving the full menu helps your fish consumption to be lower, which helps lower your cost.
OPTION TWO We supply & Cook the Fish you supply the rest
- Cod fillets - $7.95lb (60 lbs minimum)
- Vegetable oil - $32.95 each (16 litre)
- Propane - $19.95
Your approximate cost here is $6.25 per person (based on a 100 guests) with them eating .60 lb each. Serving rolls and beans helps your fish consumption to be lower.
OPTION THREE FISH ONLY OPTION
We supply the fish, you cook and do the rest.
- Cod fillets $5.95 lb (40 lbs minimum)
- Alternative fish available include: Haddock fillets, Ocean Perch, Fresh Market prices apply for alternative fish.
Fish Frys outside of the Kingston area are subject to travel charges.
